A new residence on Sauvie Island, which includes a garage/workshop and dining pavillion. The house is formed by a series of gable roof forms which sit on top of a daylight basement plinth. The daylight basement is set in the foundation of a previous house which sat on the property.
Expansive views across rolling farmland are balanced with connection to the outdoors via exterior living spaces at two levels.
